
Samuel is a resilience professional with a track record spanning operational resilience, business continuity, and emergency response programs across banking, finance, and utility sectors in the UK and US. He consults pro-bono in the local government and non-profit space, and publishes regularly on business resilience. He is on multiple BCI committees and chapters.
Samuel holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Roanoke College, USA, and a master’s degree from the University of St Andrews, Scotland, where his research focused on sense-making in organizations under crisis – work that continues to shape his approach to preparing organizations to manage disruption.
