Rob Cooke FBCI is the founder of Beacon Resilience & Continuity, a specialist consultancy helping organisations demystify resilience, moving it out of policy documents and embedding it into day-to-day operations.

He is passionate about making resilience simple, not over-engineered and scalable. Rob is an accredited ISO22301 Lead Auditor and in 2025, was recognised as Continuity & Resilience Consultant of the Year, winning first at the BCI Europe Awards and then the BCI Global Awards, reflecting the real-world impact of his work with clients across the UK and Europe.

Rob is also a Non-Executive Director at ACE Credit Union Services, supporting the credit union sector in strengthening resilience in a pragmatic and sustainable way.
