Mshai is a strategic advisor and resilience expert with over 15 years of experience helping organisations navigate complex change and embed resilience into technology and business strategies.

As Senior Advisor: Strategy at NTT DATA in Kenya, she specialises in bridging technology risk and business value, ensuring governance, risk and compliance frameworks support sustainable growth.

Known for connecting with both executive leaders and operational teams, Mshai champions resilience-by-design and operational continuity. Her experience spans financial services, healthcare and public sector transformation, alongside a passion for empowering women in technology and promoting inclusive approaches to risk and resilience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Warwick and an MBA from the University of Leicester, complemented by certifications in business continuity, operational resilience and enterprise risk management.

Mshai is also a founding member of the BCI’s Next Generation Network and an active contributor to professional communities, including ISACA, inspiring leaders to embed resilience and inclusivity into organisational culture.
