Catherine Dolle MBCI

Catherine Dolle BA(Hons) M Com MBCI is a resilience leader whose thought leadership is shaped by extensive experience working with executive management and boards, supported by expertise in human resources and academia. She has successfully led crisis management, business continuity and resilience programmes across diverse critical infrastructure sectors.

Catherine is passionate about the importance of organisational culture and engagement in achieving successful resilience outcomes. Over the past 20 years, she has made significant contributions to The BCI as a Forum Leader, member of thought leadership groups, contributor to research papers, awards reviewer, and coordinator of BCI World and local events. In 2020, she jointly received the Australian Women in Security Network’s Acts of Bravery & Courage Award for leading the University of New South Wales’ crisis and resilience response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Catherine currently leads the enterprise emergency management and business resilience programme at Sydney Water, serving 4.2 million people across Greater Sydney.
