Baljeet Kaur AMBCI

Baljeet supports Arm’s global business continuity and operational resilience programme. She works across business continuity, crisis management and operational resilience, helping to strengthen organisational resilience through practical planning, governance and cross-functional collaboration within one of the UK’s leading technology companies.

An active contributor to the resilience profession, Baljeet has volunteered with the BCI as a speaker on Technology in Resilience and at BCI World, and previously served on the BCI Women in Resilience Committee until March 2026.

She is passionate about building meaningful connections across the resilience community, sharing knowledge and promoting collaboration to help strengthen the profession.
